Return Eligibility
We accept returns if:

  • The product is damaged
  • The wrong item was delivered

You must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Used or damaged products (not caused by us)

Refund Process
Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • For COD orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet

Exchange Option
We may offer replacement instead of refund, depending on product availability.

Return Shipping
In case of our error (wrong/damaged product), we will cover return shipping. Otherwise, the customer may be responsible.
